"The setting is incredible, it's a fantastic mix of artists and we love the educational element that JCK added to the show. When I think of the roster of talent I've worked with over the years, Todd Reed and Sarah Graham immediately come to mind when I think of camaraderie and sharing information. They are both such smart businessmen and it was a great decision to have them lead us in a fireside chat that created warmth and collaboration." - Patti Cogswell, Squash Blossom

"JCK pulled together a really awesome group of jewelers. It was good to see everyone." Sarah Graham, Sarah Graham Jewelry

"As a first time exhibitor, I didn't know what to expect, but we were overwhelmed by the positive response to the collection! We were busy all day long. I love all of the events the team set-up to allow us to connect with other inspiring members of this industry."- Dana Bronfman, Dana Bronfman Jewelry

"I like the small boutique of this year's show with the fusion of European and American Designers." - Allison Barnett, Patina Gallery

JCK Full Circle

We've been getting to know leaders in the jewelry world and it's been nothing short of enjoyable. We've learned that majority of people think picking their favorite gemstone is like picking their favorite child, and most of us have either last splurged on a vacation or a killer pair of designer shoes. Every Friday, follow along the new series on the Insider Blog, JCK Full Circle, where JCK sits down with influencers in the JCK Community and jewelry industry at large to uncover the personal stuff in a light-hearted, fun to read Friday format. The features rotate between key players and sectors our industry is made of; members of the media, brands, retailers, and educators. When reading along, you will see everything in the JCK community go full circle. See what they reveal when the full circle spotlight is on.

Brandee Dallow

Here's a snip from each JCK Full Circle to date.  Plus, get ready for more with influencers from Stone Fox Bride, W Magazine, Steve Quick Jewellers, the Jewellery Editor and many more.

Brandee Dallow, Director of North America, Rio Tinto Group:
My day is numbers // 2 kids shuffling off to school; (1) 32 minute snooze on the Metro North coming into work, 10 times a day I have to tell a colleague, "There is no such thing as a diamond emergency!"

Jen Cullen Williams, Managing Director, Luxury Brand Group:
What I love MOST about the jewelry industry // I LOVE the people... my #JewelryPeeps. The jewelry industry is a truly global and diverse industry, yet at the same time, it feels like a community. A family. I've had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented, hard-working and kindest professionals from all corners of the globe. Oh and yes, wearing extremely rare, expensive and ornately designed jewelry comes in a close second to the people.

Lisa Bridge, Ben Bridge Jeweler:
My favorite Gemstone // That's like picking a favorite child! Can't do it! My most recent addition was an incredible rubellite, I love the color!

Monica Stephenson, idazzle:
What I love most about the jewelry industry // The people, the fact that most business is done with a handshake, and that it feels like family (dysfunction and all!).

Ben Smithee, The Smitthee Group:
The last item I splurged on // Some Christian Louboutin Shoes....They are super dope!

Joanne Teichman, Ylang 23:
My jewelry style in five words or less // Can't choose, pile it on.

Roxanne Robinson, Accessories Director, WWD
The Spring 2016 trend I am looking forward to most // Chunky nerdy sandals and geometric-shaped fine jewelry.

Michael Pearson, Bremont
What I love most about the jewelry industry // Without doubt the best part of our industry is the incredible variation of personalities that you find from our retail partners. The people are what makes shopping a special experience and I'm very proud of our relationship with them all.

Sean Dunn, JR Dunn Jewelers
The TV show Sean I binge watch or last book I read // I am an online reader so https://moz.com/blog. If that is too boring....Shark Tank, Wicked Tuna, Deadliest Catch, Weather Channel Features, NatGeo & Discovery Channels etc.

Jacqueline Stone, Founder and Lead Designer, Salt + Stone
How I got started in the jewelry industry // I was introduced to Jewelry in Brazil and when I came back I went all in. I started with an introductory to metalsmithing class at FIT. I still remember it like yesterday. I was hooked immediately.
