Welcome to the December 2010 Exhibitor Newsletter. To help you better prepare you for JCK, we've outlined the information that is most important to your exhibiting experience for the upcoming month:
We are pleased to announce that this year AGTA and the Equipment, Technology, Supplies (ETS) will have extended days.
AGTA dates: June 2 - 7, 2011 – opening one day before JCK Las Vegas and closing one day after.
ETS Dates: June 3 – 7, 2011
These extended days allow you, our valued exhibitor to shop the show - review your orders, plan fulfillment and buy what you need at AGTA and ETS.
If you were notified, in your booth location letter, that your booth falls into an area of the Show Floor that requires a custom display, you can either bring your own (which must be approved by JCK Show Management by emailing hunger@reedexpo.com) or rent a turnkey hard wall display package. Turnkey Freeman package options will be available within the next few weeks.
Last, we're pleased to introduce the complete schedule of our JCK Exhibitor Webinar Series: What You Need to Know About Mandalay Bay and the NEW JCK Experience. These live "how to" webinars will walk you through each step of all the tools you need to be successful at JCK 2011 and answer your questions, live! Watch for the Exhibitor Manual Ready in January
Understanding your new surroundings at Mandalay Bay will be very important this year. We are currently working on the online Exhibitor Manual which will be your exhibitor reference guide for all operational items regarding your booth. The manual which will answer all of your exhibiting and logistics questions, will be available in January.
Order Your Recommended In-Booth Safe
We highly recommend that your new booth at JCK include space for an in-booth safe. Review the order form here and contact Rolland Safe, our preferred vendor for more information on safe rental options that will work best for your booth design. Sponsorship Opportunities:
This year more than ever JCK Buyers will turn to JCK navigation tools to get around the newly designed show floor at Mandalay Bay. Sponsorship opportunities are available for the online tool "My JCK Show Planner" and the printed Floorplan Map.
My JCK Show Planner – Digital Lead Generation
As Buyers visit the website to plan who they want to see at JCK, they will be using the new online interactive floorplan tool, My JCK Show Planner. This new agenda setting technology can allow you to gain access to these buyers by enhancing your listing to get real time digital leads with buyers contact information, adding your product photos/videos, appearing at the top of the search results and having your booth location highlighted on the floorplan. Printed Floor Plan Map Call Out
Be a part of the printed map buyers receive pre-show in the Buyer Planning Packet and carry with them at the show. Sponsorship includes photo, booth number, and call out of your booth including logo, picture with tag line, booth number and highlighted booth location. Promote your new booth location to your customers with our FREE customizable invitation program launching in January 2011! Communicate your presence and new booth location at JCK Las Vegas by displaying a web banner on your website, sending a personalized email invitation or postcard to your customers and hottest prospects.
