Norwalk, CT (October 27, 2016) – LUXURY by JCK announced today that Omi Privé will return to Mandalay Bay in 2017. The welcome news sparked excitement for the Show, which has a few other notable changes in store including a new day/date pattern, new brands, and a tighter focus on networking. LUXURY by JCK will take place June 2-8, 2017 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
As preparations for 2017 begin, Omi Privé's decision to re-join LUXURY, after a brief exploration of other venues, was met with delight from Show officials. A longtime key player under the broader JCK umbrella, Omi Privé represents: a focus on rare and high-end offerings, exceptional quality, and refinement. The brand will take up residence in the Mandalay Bay Ballroom.
Excited at the opportunity to move back to LUXURY, Omi Prive's President, Niveet Nagpal, shared, "We are looking forward to joining the LUXURY family and showcasing our collection alongside the most prestigious jewelry brands in the world. As our company grows, we feel that the show will give us a great opportunity to present our products to an expanded base of clients. We are very excited to introduce the breadth of our collection come June, including our signature collections, one-of-a-kind pieces from our vault, specialty custom creations featuring our extensive inventory of colored gemstones, and our new colored bridal collection."
In other "new exhibitor" news, Roberto Demeglio will be joining their Beny Sofer family in an extended space, introducing their exquisite collections to the LUXURY community.
In addition to the new brands, LUXURY will offer a NEW schedule in 2017. The Show will divert from its typical Tuesday start (to a Friday start), commencing its 3-day preview on Friday, June 2. With some businesses closed for Shabbat on Saturday, it will be important for buyers to plan their appointments ahead of time with those individual brands. The Show also announced that its beloved Dine-Out event will take place on Friday evening, June 2– another very important reason to be on property that day. The Dine-Out program encourages vendors and retailers to get together in smaller groups at participating restaurants of their choice, utilizing LUXURY vouchers towards their meal.
