Advance Buyer Registration Deadline: May 28, 2012
JCK Buyer Qualifications:
- If your company has been approved within the last 3 years you will be approved.
- Retailers of finished jewelry whose primary business is the purchase and resale of finished jewelry and are listed in the JBT as a retail jeweler will be approved.
- Wholesalers listed in JBT will be reviewed and may be asked for further information prior to approval
If you do not meet the above Buyer Qualifications, you MUST provide the following:
- Copy of your business license or sales tax certificate
- Copies of itemized invoices from two different suppliers of finished jewelry within the past year
Admission is NOT granted to:
- General Public/Guest
- All individuals 14 years of age and under, including infants
Badges will not be mailed in advance.
Please remember to bring to the Show a copy of your confirmation letter with barcode and present it at the “I have my confirmation with barcode” counter at the Show.
Each individual who has pre-registered must present the following information to validate their badge. Without these documents you will not be admitted to the Show. There are no exceptions.
- Badge Confirmation with barcode
- Personal Identification – driver’s license with photo or passport
- Personal Business Identification – one of the following: personalized business card, W2 form, cancelled payroll check or pay stub
Terms and Conditions:
- Individual personalized business and personal photo identifications must be carried at all times.
- No one will be permitted to vouch for another individual’s credentials.
- Do not make hotel and travel reservations until you are approved for admittance to the Show.
**Please note that your badge is the property of JCK and is non-transferable and will be confiscated upon any attempt to transfer to another individual. There will be a fee of $100 to reprint a misplaced or lost badge. We will only reprint a badge one time at the Show.
