Friday, April 3: Lemon Quaran-tini


  • 2 oz vodka (optional)
  • 1 oz limoncello
  • 1 oz orange-flavored liqueur
  • ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 lemon for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)


  1. Juice half a lemon and dip the rim of martini glassed in the juice. Then dip into sugar that is spread out on a small plate.
  2. Combine ice, vodka, limoncello, orange-flavored liqueur, sugar and lemon juice into shaker.
  3. Shake until completely combined and sugar dissolved.
  4. Pour into glass, garnish with lemon slice and mint leaf if you wish!

Friday, April 10: Sparkling Gem Spritzer

  • 2oz vodka (optional)
  • 1/3 cup blackberries
  • 1oz lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tbsp raw honey
  • 1 can Sprite


  1. Combine blackberries, lemon juice, vanilla and honey with a splash of Sprite into a shaker and muddle.
  2. Pour through a strainer into your glass filled with ice.
  3. Fill remainder of glass with sprite, and garnish with additional blackberries with lemon wedge if you’d like!

Friday, April 17: “Ruby Red” Cranberry Margarita

  • Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 cup tequila (optional – or agave juice)
  • 1/2 cup orange-flavored liqueur (or orange juice concentrate)


  1. On a small plate spread salt. With lime wedges moisten rim of 6 ounce glasses. Dip glasses into salt. Place glasses into freezer to chill.
  2. In a pitcher combine tequila, cranberry juice, lime juice and orange-flavored liqueur. Remove glasses from freezer and serve margarita mixture over ice. Garnish with lime slices and cranberries if you wish, and enjoy!

Friday, April 24: Gold Rush Cocktail featuring Live Yoga with Barbara Palumbo & Monica Stephenson

  • 2 oz bourbon (optional – or apple cider)
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ¾ oz honey syrup


  1. First, make your honey syrup by heating 1 cup of honey and a 1/3 cup water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Now it’s time to make the cocktail (or mocktail)! Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Sip and enjoy! This drink normally doesn’t require a garnish but feel free to add a lemon wheel or wedge.
