FAQs: 2020 JCK Las Vegas & Luxury

In these uncertain times, we offer answers to some of your most pressing questions below related to JCK Las Vegas and Luxury in 2020. Please refer to the following FAQs as you navigate changes to your plans.

What is happening with the JCK Las Vegas and Luxury shows in 2020?

Reed Exhibitions has announced that the next edition of JCK & Luxury will take place in June 2021.

This decision was made after careful consideration and with sensitivity to the concerns and feedback of our customers regarding the unprecedented challenges faced by JCK’s jewelry industry. We know this decision impacts the entire industry and it was not made lightly.

We are passionate about serving the greater good of this industry, and for 2020, that means providing options for our audience - from connecting through JCK virtually this summer, connecting in person at JIS in Miami in October and/or joining us for JCK & Luxury’s return in June 2021 in Las Vegas.

We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by the decision not to hold JCK Las Vegas and Luxury in 2020. We look forward to welcoming you back to JCK Las Vegas and Luxury when we return the Venetian Resort & Sands Expo in June 2021.

For Our Valued Attendees

Do I have to cancel my registration for JCK Las Vegas or Luxury 2020?

Registrations are automatically cancelled for the 2020 edition. Registration will open next year for our 2021 dates.

Can I still access networking or other show resources?

Yes. In the interim, we’re here for you. To help you navigate this crisis, JCK is committed to supporting your business—and being a bright spot in your day—with networking, education and inspiring content related to the jewelry community we all love. Connect with the JCK community at @JCKEvents on our social accounts on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Virtually, JCK is developing short- and long-term plans that leverage our partners and the global reach of Reed Exhibitions worldwide to offer you innovative solutions and a respite from the challenges presented by a global pause in business. A virtual JCK show, coming this summer, will be a celebration of the industry unlike any seen in 2020, with opportunities to network, merchandise, schedule virtual appointments, learn and unite virtually. You'll also see more digitally accessible resources from us; a recent example is our comprehensive calendar of the jewelry industry’s upcoming virtual education and webinars related to coronavirus all in one place.

We will be here when you are ready to connect safely in person. For those who want to connect in a traditional trade show setting in 2020, we encourage you to attend our sister show, JIS October (October 13-16 in Miami), the second-largest jewelry show in the U.S. JIS and JCK will combine forces there, as we look forward to bringing the industry back together when it is safe to do so.

For Our Valued Exhibitors

What will happen to my contracted presence at JCK Las Vegas/Luxury 2020?

JCK and Luxury are offering flexible rollover and refund packages to our 2020 Exhibitors. As an additional measure to help the industry get back on its feet, we are holding space and media prices flat for participation in 2021 for all of our exhibitors and sponsors who commit to the 2021 event on or before September 30th, 2020. See 2020 to 2021 rollover and refund options.

What other promotional options are available to my company?

We are in this with you, we are here to support you, and we will continue to facilitate the personal connections that our industry is built on so that we can all evolve and emerge stronger and better connected than ever. For 2020, in lieu of our show in Las Vegas, JCK and Luxury is offering choices that assist you in making vital business connections in the way that best fits your business needs during these challenging times.

We know many of you have a need for a traditional trade show presence in 2020, once it is safe to do so. JCK is accommodating our exhibitors by securing space at our sister show, JIS October (October 13-16 in Miami), giving you an exhibiting option to connect in person at the second-largest jewelry show in the U.S.  Any amounts greater than 20% of your contracted JCK fee can be transferred towards participation in JIS. Complete this Exhibitor Interest Form and your JCK sales representative will follow up with more information.

We are also developing short and long-term plans that leverage our partners and the global reach of Reed Exhibitions worldwide to offer you innovative solutions and a respite from the challenges presented by a global pause in business. A virtual JCK show, coming this summer, will feature JCK and Luxury exhibitors and be a celebration of the industry unlike any seen in 2020, with opportunities to network, merchandise, schedule virtual appointments, be matched with buyers and unite virtually. This will be at no cost to all JCK & Luxury exhibitors who were with us in 2020 and commit to continuing for JCK or Luxury 2021. We will communicate participation options with you in the coming weeks and months.
