EXHIBITORS:

Due to ongoing construction at The Venetian, the hand-carry area has been relocated to the Level 1 Ground Transportation area. Traffic on Sands Ave. is expected to be heavy, so we strongly encourage using alternative options for getting your freight to your booth such as the Freeman POV Cart service , or shipping your freight, as major delays are expected.

• The hand-carry location is now in the Level 1 shuttle area.  where this says see map link will be the “new/nice” map that is mocked up per above request

  • Hand Carry Definition:

    • Hand carry items are small items, such as cartons and packages, that can be hand carried by only one person through the main entrance of a facility during move-in and move-out that weigh less than 300 lbs. Two people must be with the vehicle - one to accompany the product to the booth and one to remove the vehicle from the area.

    • Two-wheel luggage/suitcase is acceptable; hand carry does not include the use of four-wheel dollies, two-wheel dollies, or push carts. These tools are prohibited and cannot be used to transport any hand carry material during the move-in and move-out of the trade show by an exhibitor or their exhibitor appointed contractor (EAC).

    • Access to the loading dock and/or freight door areas is prohibited. The use of escalators to transport boxes or freight is strictly forbidden. Such items may only be moved between floors via elevators.

• The POV staging area for Freeman POV/Cart services has moved to level 1 Venetian garage, please refer to the updated maps and directions, which are reflected in the exhibitor manual.
