Media Registration
JCK Media Registration is open to all qualified consumer and trade media outlets and professionals.
Please note, all media registration requests are reviewed and subject to show management final approval. An Agency Badge is no longer qualified as a member of the media.
Who qualifies as Media?
- Writer/Reporter/Editor
- Blogger/Influencer/Podcaster
- Publisher/CEO of Media Outlet
- Television/Radio Producer
- Photographer/Videographer
Who does not qualify?
- Marketing staff, promotion companies, social media, PR and advertising/branding/creative agencies do not qualify for media credentials. These representatives are welcome to attend but will need to register with an Agency Badge
- If you are providing or soliciting marketing services/ agency work to exhibitors you do not qualify as media and will not be granted a media badge. You must register as an attendee with an Agency Badge. Agency badges can be picked up at the general registration counters and costs $350 pre-show and $400 on-site.

- Editorial Media from Industry Trade Publications: (editor, reporter, blogger, podcaster and writer).
- Business Media from Industry Trade Publications (publisher, advertising and marketing personnel).

What media credentials are needed to qualify?
Registrants must present valid identification: photo ID, business card with name, company, and title, or if you are registering as Editorial Media and do not have a business card, a masthead/published article with your name in the byline.
Acceptable credentials include a business card from a print, digital, broadcast or media organization in an editorial position (with individual's name and title listed) AND one of the following:
- Editors/Journalists/Reporters: Bylined jewelry, watch, gemstone and/or retail-relevant article, published in an approved media outlet within the past twelve months
- Freelance Writers: Current letter of assignment or a link to jewelry-relevant bylined article, published within the past twelve months in an approved media outlet (credit must match name of person registering).
- Bloggers/Podcasters/Content Creators/Social Media Influencers: Current media kit with audience demographics along with coverage of other industry events and/or jewelry brand promotion. Blogs, podcasts and social profiles will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on traffic, content relevance and quality, engagement on social media channels, frequency of posts, etc.
- Photographers/Videographers: Credited image/video coverage of a similar jewelry event along with a letter of assignment from an approved media outlet (as applicable for freelancers covering on behalf of a media outlet).

Photography and Filming at JCK
Photography and filming are permitted of booths and product are permitted only with the express permission of the booth owner. Anyone who disregards these guidelines may be escorted from the show.
