Meet Us at the Innovation Hub
The Innovation Hub is the perfect place to discover new things. Located on Level 2 of the JCK Show in Las Vegas, it will feature six exhibitors showcasing the latest in technology for the jewelry industry.
Complete with its own educational track, the Innovation Hub offers daily product and technology demonstrations at the Showcase Stage. There’s also a new, dedicated Social Stage where experts will share social media tactics and strategies.
Below, some of the brands showcasing at the Innovation Hub tell us about their companies and what they’re planning to offer visitors at this year’s show.
The Jewelry Sales Academy
“The Jewelry Sales Academy was developed by Sissy’s Log Cabin and within the six retail locations,” says William Jones IV, co-founder of the Jewelry Sales Academy. “Bill Jones, myself, and others have worked relentlessly to answer one question: ‘How do we get our staff to treat customers like we would?’”
“We are looking forward to officially launching our systems throughout the industry. We offer a monthly membership for the industry’s most in-depth sales floor management tool. As of now, we have around 30 locations using our system.
“We are going to be offering our full one-year experience-based course along with specialty training for events, holiday, diamond, fashion, bridal, repairs, and every aspect of jewelry, all with a system that allows store owners to manage everything.
“Jewelry is different from any other retail industry—it is up to the salesperson in front of the customer to decide what products, price ranges, and brands are shown. A customer can’t just walk into a store and self checkout.
“In luxury jewelry the big three factors that define your volume are location, inventory, and experience. With the Jewelry Sales Academy, that last part—the ‘experience’—is now achievable for every store. Built with industry experts, improv coaches, and secret shopping studies, the Jewelry Sales Academy allows you to buy confidently at JCK knowing what you buy will sell when you get back.”

With its industry knowledge and NetSuite expertise, Yantra can integrate automated and unified systems for the industry.”
Reshyne
“At our booth, visitors will have a chance to see Reshyne’s all-in-one, cloud-based repair software in action,” says Jason Yakubovich, founder of Reshyne. “We will be running live demonstrations of how our platform can help jewelry and watch businesses launch a fully functional, branded virtual repair shop, complete with a suite of point-of-sale capabilities. From secure payment processing to automated shipping labels, we’re excited to showcase how our platform can transform businesses’ daily operations and offer a seamless digital experience for their customers.

The JCK Vegas show offers a unique platform for us to understand the challenges businesses face and demonstrate how Reshyne’s robust capabilities and comprehensive repair management system can provide solutions to jewelry businesses of all shapes and sizes.”
Jewelers’ Assist
Jack Yaakov Hillel describes Jewelers’ Assist and his other jewelry apps, made for B2B brands.
Jewelers’ Assist: “This is the ultimate jewelry designers’ and manufacturers’ solution platform. It consists of seven main features, including my supplementary apps listed below.”
STL Master: “This is my STL cad files browsing and viewer app, which gives rendering, limited augmented reality functionality, and sharing options.”
RingOS: “This is my very sophisticated ring builder software, which can create certain rings within seconds and gives the opportunity to try them on using augmented reality technology.”
JewelAR: “This is my fully augmented reality try-on app, which can browse app users’ own cad files within seconds.”
Jewelers’ Toolbox
Jewelers Toolbox is a complete set of tools for professional salespeople. It is a subscription program that includes the following elements:
Gem Identification: By entering whatever details are known about a gem ( color, transparency, optical character, RI, specific gravity, hardness, LW fluorescence, SW fluorescence), the list of options is reduced to show possible candidates. Clicking on any of the candidates will open a detail screen with GIA lab manual notes. All information is used with permission from GIA.
Repair calculator: Utilizing material cost calculations based on current metal spot pricing and adding labor cost based on industry time to task standards, Toolbox will calculate an accurate quote for most jewelry repairs.
Custom quoting:
- CAD fee, metal, melee, stone setting, etc. are all calculated through an intuitive entry system.
- Automatic calculation of stone counts for eternity rings and halos
- Simplified sketch entry to communicate with jewelers
- All pricing options (metal choice and melee) displayed in real time
- Print and/or save to the cloud
Utilities:
- Gemstone weight estimator
- Gem cleaning warning for sensitive gems
- Weight converter (wax, 22k, 18k etc.)
- Measure converter (mm, Inch, B&S gauge)
- Weight converter (grams, ct, dwt, oz)
- Round diamond weight estimator by diameter.
Metal buying: Calculates a buy price and a trade-in price for precious metals
Birthstones: By entering full birth date, six gem options are offered based on life path number, zodiac, and ancient, traditional, modern, and British gems by month.
The program, when used in conjunction with a trade shop, assures stores of always presenting an accurate quote to their customers.
Benchtrax extends Toolbox to the workshop. Using RFID tracking, the system offers features that allow you to:
- Automatically know where every job is within a workflow system
- Know how much time, to the minute, every job was worked on by any number of goldsmiths
- Automatically calculate labor cost
- Track hours billed vs. hours paid
- Track time spent on maintenance, tool prep, and functions not related to a specific job
- Identify bottlenecks in workflow
- In development: a photo system that will enable users to produce a short video of the design and manufacture of a piece
