JCK exhibitors share their best-selling styles to stock now

Going into the busiest shopping season of the year, the industry is humming with the undercurrent of a much talked about subject—gold. As prices continue to shatter records, some retailers might be wondering how to approach the pieces that decorate their showcases for the 2025 holiday season, and whether to pass those price increases onto their customers.

While gold might be the hot topic of the holidays, it’s not the only one. Current trends like bezel-set gemstones, pops of bright color, and classic engagement styles are all at the top of the list.

“Based on our experience to date, we can say that engagement rings are always popular during the Christmas season. Customers get engaged, and our classic rings with a six- or four-prong setting between 0.15 and 0.25 ct. are in high demand. The trend has also shifted strongly toward yellow gold with platinum due to the sharp rise in the price of gold.” – Breuning
